What counts as a guest?
A guest is one recipient you send an invitation to. Each package covers up to its guest count (50 to 500). Design for free — you only pay when you choose a package to send.
Do I pay again for reminders or RSVPs?
No. Reminders, thank-yous and RSVP tracking are included in every package. QR entry passes and door check-in come with Pro and Max.
Can I get a refund?
Each package is a one-time purchase for a single event — there is no subscription to cancel. It's fully refundable any time before your first invitation is sent.
